Many of us have habits of moving away from feelings – our own or someone else’s. Yet fully feeling feelings is pivotal to rich relationship with ourselves and others. Being aware, connected and accepting of our true feelings is a vital part to being consciously in touch with ourselves. This determines the depth, vibrance, warmth, clarity and overall quality of connection we then experience with others.
